CAUTION: Before retaining a screening firm, ask in detail if they have on staff anyone who is familiar with the screening laws in all 50 states. It is not enough that a screening firm has a law firm with which it consults. Labor lawyers are not specialists in compliance with federal screening laws and those laws which are unique to all 50 states.
